Return & Exchange Policy
Return & Exchanges
We offer a comprehensive return and exchange policy. We will accept returns of any sealed and unused Cannabis within 7 days of purchase, with a valid receipt, and all original packaging must be returned as well. Refunds will be issued only to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.
Quality Control
We pride ourselves on selling the best Cannabis products, however on rare occasions the quality can be off. If you have received a product that you believe is not to the standards that Altered Nation Cannabis maintains, please let us know. You can come into the shop or email us directly at alterednationcannabis@gmail.com. Please provide a photo of your receipt and the original packaging, as well as your name and we will assist you in resolving any issue.
Please note, for us to support you it is important to keep the original packaging for items such as Disposable Vapes and 510 Cartridges.
Non-Refundable
Some of our items are non-refundable. This includes the sale of Cannabis Seeds, as well as any items that were on sale or clearance. That being said if you have experience a quality issue with any of those types of products we will work with you to find the best solution.
